WARRANTY

Our Dean and Dust Warranty covers your Dean and Dust jewellery under normal wear. In the event something happens to your beloved piece we will inspect the item at no cost.

 

If upon inspection, your jewellery is noticeably damaged, bent or shows indication of improper care, we will repair the piece at a cost which we will advise and notify you of before carrying out the repair.

 

If a manufacturing issue is identified, we will repair or replace the piece without charge.

As part of your warranty, we offer complimentary lifetime servicing of our Dean & Dust jewellery pieces. This servicing is available annually and includes a thorough inspection, clean and polish of your Dean & Dust pieces. If our assessment deems any repairs are required to your piece, again we will advise you of this.

 

Loss or damage to diamonds or gemstones is not covered under warranty. We always recommend having personal insurance in place for your jewellery to cover your pieces in the event of loss, damage or the unlikely event of stone loss or breakage due to wear and tear.

Please contact Dean & Dust if you require assistance relating to your warranty or  regarding damage to your jewellery. We ask that you provide a photograph where possible, and a description of the issue. From there, we are able to advise the requirements for repair and necessary steps. We will always assist with any repairs required to Dean & Dust pieces.

It is important to note that your warranty is void if you take your Dean & Dust jewellery to another jeweller for sizing or repairs. We do not take responsibility for any work carried out by other jewellers.

If your Dean & Dust jewellery is crafted in white gold, you may choose to have your piece Rhodium plated. This can be added to your annual service for an additional charge and is not covered in our warranty.
