How long does shipping take?

Do you ship to destinations outside New Zealand?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss shipping options for destinations outside New Zealand.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely. We can arrange a preferred collection method once your piece is ready.

Can I change or cancel my order?
For pieces from our Dean & Dust Collection, exchanges or store credit may be offered prior to shipping or collection. Deposits for bespoke pieces are non-refundable, as they secure the materials required to craft your unique design. Shipping fees are also non-refundable. Bespoke Pieces
How long will it take for my bespoke piece to be completed?
From the receipt of your deposit, bespoke pieces typically take between 8-12 weeks. Timing may vary depending on the complexity and materials of your design. See our Timeline for further information.
Can you rush my order?
In some cases, we can accommodate urgent requests. Please let us know your desired completion date, and we will do our best to meet it.
