How long does shipping take?

Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by NZ Post and will arrive at most destinations within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information. Our shipping agents at NZ Post will always do their best to deliver your parcel to you within the expected timeframe. See our Shipping and Returns Policy here.

Can I Pick up my order?

Yes, we can arrange your preferred method of collection with you once your piece(s) are ready.

Can I change/cancel my order once placed?

If you change your mind on your purchase, you may exchange any Dean & Dust Collection piece before shipping or collection. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit to be used within 12 months from the date of exchange.

Deposits for Bespoke pieces are non-refundable. Your deposit is considered your confirmation of your order, and is not able to be refunded as we have purchased the materials required specifically for your special piece. See our Terms and Conditions for Made to order and Bespoke Jewellery.

How long will it take for my piece to be completed?

For our Bespoke service, upon receiving your deposit the process will take approximately 10 weeks.

Can you rush my order?

In some instances we are able to rush orders. Please let us know if there is a particular date for which you would like your piece completed and we will do our best to make it happen.

Can I personalise my piece?

Absolutely, we create all Dean & Dust pieces with the wearer in mind. Just like our service, our jewellery is fully customisable. 

Can I use my own gold?

Yes. Contact us to talk through the options available.

Do you repair/resize other pieces?

Yes. We offer repairs and servicing of most Jewellery. Contact us or visit our Boutique with the pieces you wish to have assessed.
