As each bespoke piece is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. We take great care to ensure your bespoke piece meets your expectations through our collaborative design process.

Dean & Dust Collections

We’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days for items from our Dean & Dust Collections, provided the item:

• Is returned in new, unworn condition
• Includes the original packaging

Please contact us before sending your item back to arrange the exchange and confirm item availability.
