Shipping policy

Once your online order and payment are complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Made-to-order items are crafted within 3–10 weeks, depending on the design.
    We’ll contact you to confirm the expected timeframe for your piece.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

Orders within New Zealand are shipped via NZ Post with ‘No Authority to Leave’, meaning a signature is required upon delivery.
If no one will be available to sign for your parcel, we recommend providing an alternative address where someone can accept it.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside New Zealand are sent via DHL, unless otherwise arranged. A signature is required on delivery.
Please note: We are unable to ship to certain countries. Feel free to contact us to confirm if delivery is possible to your location.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes. Dean & Dust is not responsible for these charges.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch confirmation. We’ll assist where possible with an insurance claim.

Dean & Dust does not replace, accept liability for, or compensate for lost or damaged items if:

  • The loss or damage is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • The item was delivered and signed for
  • The delivery address is in a location without postal or courier services
  • The item is seized by customs or another government agency
